WWE is set to enter a new era following Saturday Night’s Main Event, and one top name is reportedly cleared to return to in-ring competition following a minor injury on Monday Night RAW.
Earlier this month, The Judgment Day’s Raquel Rodriguez revealed a nasty bump on her forehead following a recent edition of Monday Night RAW. Later, it was reported that Big Mami Cool was placed in concussion protocol by the management, as they wanted to keep her under observation.
Thanks for the submission!
According to Dave Meltzer on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (WON), the former one-time NXT Women’s Champion, two-time NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion, and six-time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion has been cleared to compete following the scary spot from Monday Night RAW.
The 34-year-old RAW star got injured when Nikki Bella sent her headfirst into the steel steps during Rodriguez’s match against Stephanie Vaquer for the Women’s World Championship. It’ll be interesting to see when Raquel Rodriguez returns to the weekly product.
Raquel Rodriguez is yet to win a singles title on WWE’s main roster
Raquel Rodriguez has often been a dominating force in the women’s division ever since she was introduced as Dakota Kai’s enforcer on the developmental brand. In the coming years, she became the NXT Women’s Champion and had a lengthy run on the brand.
After moving to the main roster in 2022, Rodriguez has often been in the tag team division and captured the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship and had six different reigns with three other superstars on the red brand. However, she’s yet to win a singles title under Triple H’s creative regime.
Lately, she entered the main event scene on Monday Night RAW, where she started a feud with Stephanie Vaquer and Nikki Bella. In the past, Big Mami Cool faced credible names for their respective titles, but hasn’t come close to winning it on either brand.
